This website "64 Personalities" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") provides personality assessment services. By using the Site, you agree to the following Terms of Use.
1. Service Content
The Site offers personality test services and related information. The results are for reference only and do not constitute medical or professional advice.
If you are a minor, you may only use the paid services with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Prohibited Actions
Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of the Site's content (including paid result reports) is prohibited. Paid reports are provided solely for the personal use of the purchaser and may not be shared or redistributed to third parties in any form (including screenshots, PDFs, or copy-and-paste). Commercial use of the Site's content (such as paid redistribution or integration into commercial services) is also prohibited.
3. Fees, Currencies, and Price Changes
Fees for paid content are determined based on the currency and amount displayed on the Site. The currency shown on each language page is the contract currency applied to the relevant purchase. The actual amount charged to you is calculated based on the exchange rates and fees applied by Stripe and your card issuer or payment provider. The Site may change its fees from time to time due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in business policy. The revised fees apply from the time they are displayed on the Site.
4. Refunds and Exchange Differences
As stated in the Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions), refunds are generally not provided due to the nature of digital content. Even when a refund is issued, the maximum refund amount is limited to the amount processed by the Site through Stripe. Any differences arising from exchange rates or fees applied by your card issuer or payment provider (including exchange gains or losses and related fees) are not covered by our refund.
5. Disclaimer
The Site does not guarantee the accuracy or safety of the information provided. The Site owner is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Site.
- (1) Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from user access to the Site (including damages caused by computer viruses).
- (2) Any damages or claims arising from the use of the Site by users.
- (3) The truthfulness, reliability, accuracy, or usefulness of the Site's content.
- (4) The continuity of the Site, stability of use, possibility of access to the Site, or ability to download content.
- (5) Paid content (the URL of the page where the detailed report is published) is, in principle, accessible permanently, but may become inaccessible without prior notice due to the termination of the Site's operation or other reasons. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan having jurisdiction over the location of the Site operator.
7. Changes to Terms
The Site may revise these Terms of Use as needed. Changes take effect when published on the Site.
